Connect Claude

Connect Claude to Vocci with browser sign-in. Claude and Claude Code use the same custom connector setup.

Setup​

  1. Open Customize.

  2. Go to Connectors, click the plus sign, then click Add custom connector.

  3. Name the connector. We recommend Vocci, but you can choose a name that is clear to you.

  4. Paste the Vocci connection URL:

    https://mcp.vocci.ai/mcp

  5. Click Add.

  6. When Claude opens the authorization flow, sign in to Vocci and approve the connection.

  7. Return to Claude and confirm that Vocci appears as connected.

note

Vocci MCP provides read-only access. Claude can search and open approved context, but it cannot change Vocci data through this connection.

Verify Installation​

Your setup should now be complete when:

  • Vocci appears as connected in Claude.
  • Claude shows Vocci tools as available.
  • A narrow, non-sensitive Vocci search returns results with titles, snippets, and source IDs.

Try:

Search Vocci for recent notes about onboarding.

If a result looks relevant, Claude can open it in more detail and include the returned source ID.

Notes​

Claude UI names can change. If a label looks different, the important pieces are Customize, Connectors, Add custom connector, the Vocci connection URL, and the Vocci sign-in flow.
